Rapidox Gas Recovery Bag Launched

Cambridge Sensotec now offers an alternative to the extremely expensive and unwieldy gas recovery systems that are currently available. The new Rapidox Gas Recovery Bag allows the user to collect gas from any compatible analyser including the Rapidox SF₆ gas analyser. As stated in the Kyoto treaty, SF₆ is classed as a greenhouse gas that must be monitored, recycled and recovered.

The Rapidox Gas Recovery Bag connects to the outlet nozzle of the gas analyser and is filled as samples are taken. It has a maximum volume of 80 litres, at standard pressure, which allows for hours of testing. Extremely durable, the Gas Recovery Bag is built using PVC nitrile, made with polyester tissue 100 DTEX of high tenacity and has a safety blow off valve built in. It is light weight and highly portable; meaning samples can be taken quickly and efficiently from numerous sites.
