  1. Eligibility: This offer is available to B2C customers only who have purchased a Cambridge Sensotec analyser directly from Cambridge Sensotec. 
  2. Exclusions: OEM products are not eligible for this warranty upgrade.
  3. How to Qualify: To receive the warranty upgrade, you must complete this survey within 30 days of your purchase date.
  4. Proof of Purchase: Cambridge Sensotec may request proof of purchase to confirm eligibility.
  5. One Upgrade per Product: Each analyser is eligible for one warranty upgrade when all conditions are met.
  6. Cambridge Sensotec Rights: Cambridge Sensotec reserves the right to verify submissions, refuse eligibility where conditions are not met, or amend this offer at any time.
