For users of our Rapidox 2100 where the application is under vacuum, we have a range of vacuum couplings to allow easy connection to a vacuum system using either a standard ISO-KF25 fitting or a high vacuum CF-50 type. The ISO-KF25 vacuum 316 stainless fitting is for moderate to high vacuum operation and is supplied with a high temperature Viton gasket and quick release butterfly clamp. The CF-50 stainless type is for high vacuum operation and is supplied with either a Viton or copper sealing gasket , together with a set of six stainless steel bolts. It is also possible to have an electron beam (EB) welded version for the ultimate in leak free oxygen sensor seal. The vacuum fittings work with all analysers where the zirconia sensor is external including the OEM range.
